During high tide, the water reaches the rocks, but remains accessible to most guests (although caution is advised for small children or seniors due to occasional waves). Remember, the tides are always changing!

While the home does not include air conditioning, the advantageous location on the Windward side ensures you will enjoy a consistent ocean breeze. Each room is fitted with ceiling fans, and while there may be warm days, the nights typically cool down, creating a comfortable atmosphere.
